Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Tavia's Tresses. We are committed tp providing high quality hair extensions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order. 

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns on bundles, wigs, frontals, closures or any other hair products that have been opened, worn, altered, washed, brushed, cut, dyed, or otherwise used. 

A return may be considered only if: 

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order arrived damaged. 
  • your order has a manufacturing defect. 

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos and a description of the issue. 

Return items must be in their original packaging, unused, unworn, unaltered and have all tags and accessories intact. 

 

REFUNDS

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the outcome. 

If approved, your refund will be issued within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error. 

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. We do not offer exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect selection or sizing/length preferences. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. 

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the courier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
